Sony have announced their new flagship phone for 2013 at CES, the Xperia Z
Sony Mobile have today announced its new flagship Android smartphone, the Sony Xperia Z. The device itself has plenty of things going in its favour and will launch in the the first quarter of 2013 in the UK.
On top of a 5″ Full HD screen, the Xperia Z is powered by a Snapdragon quad-core processor, includes a 13-megapixel fast-capture camera, and is also enabled for 4G.
The Xperia Z will launch running Android 4.1, but will be upgradable to 4.2 soon after its release.
No news of price as of yet.

It looks a lot like a Galaxy s2
I am still mad at Sony for putting rootkits on music CDs and not securing the PSN. Their proprietary approach to technology (memory stick, for example) means they would really need to come out with something amazing for me to give them my money.
This isn’t it.
